Great service from start to finish! Communication was great from booking the appointment to the actual visit. They did an outstanding job during the service and were very professional. Update- Just used them again for an emergency service call. They responded promptly and we had a tech out that morning. Amazing! They found the issue, corrected it, and we were back up and running in no time. Very friendly and professional!

Incredibly knowledgeable service technician not only fixed my A/C but he took extra time explaining how he was diagnosing my geothermal system and where he uncovered the causes of why my unit stopped working. Great communication by the company from the moment I called via email/texts confirming arrival of my service technician including sending me a bio. I'm really happy I chose Climatemakers for my new air handler and heat pump installation. From my first meeting with sales rep, to the install planner (very thorough), and the install team (great install job), these guys met and exceeded my expectations. All staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Answered my questions, timely arrivals, efficient. Cleaned up well each time they departed.
